This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use (“Terms”) governing use of this web site (“Site”).  By using this website, and voluntarily providing your personally identifiable information to RLR Innovations, LLC (“RLR”), you consent to the collection and use of such personally identifiable information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with any information and do not use this website.

1.  Information Collected.

Member Registration, Contact Data and Resume Data.  If you choose to register on the Site, you will be asked to create a user ID and a password and you may be required to provide information about yourself including contact data (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, email address) and your resume data (e.g., your date of birth, age, ethnic appearance, gender, height, weight, eye color, hair style, professional experience and skills, head shots, work availability and preferences, education experience, wardrobe information) (collectively, “Your Data”).  By registering, you specifically intend for Your Data to be made available to third parties such as casting agents, directors, producers and others for the purpose of booking talent, and you hereby authorize RLR to disclose Your Data to third parties for said purpose.  Third parties to whom RLR discloses Your Data will be required to agree that use of Your Data shall be limited to contacting you for legitimate employment opportunities and that such data shall be kept confidential and secure.  Be advised that RLR cannot guarantee third party compliance and shall not be responsible in any way for the acts of third parties with respect to Your Data.  You hereby release RLR from any liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of third party recipients of Your Data.  

e. Credit Card Data.  If you make credit card payments online through the Site, RLR shall obtain information about your credit card necessary to process the transaction and limit its use of such information to processing your credit card transaction.  RLR does not retain your credit card information.  RLR may use third party service providers to process your credit card transactions.  

2.  Use of Information Collected.  

RLR does not sell or rent your personally identifiable information.  RLR may use information it collects for the purpose of internal marketing and demographic studies and to improve Site operations and services delivered through the Site.  RLR may share information it collects with third parties to help operate the Site and deliver services through the Site.  RLR may share information it collects with third party casting agents, directors, producers and others for the purpose of booking talent.  We require all such third parties to agree to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of information obtained from RLR.  RLR may disclose and use information it collects in connection with investigations of illegal or unauthorized activity or in response to requests by law enforcement agencies and government or other authorities.  RLR may disclose information it collects to protect its rights or property or other users of the Site.  RLR may disclose information it collects in the form of aggregate data regarding user behavior of, and interest in, the Site and components of the Site, such as overall user patterns or demographic information which do not identify any individual user.  In the event RLR sells or transfers some or all of its assets to a third party, the information it collects may be disclosed to any potential or actual third party purchaser of such assets, and your personally identifiable information may be among those assets transferred.  

3.  Accessing, Changing, and Deleting User Data.

4.  Changes to Privacy Policy

Whenever the Privacy Policy for the Site changes, we will post the changes to the website, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.  If you do not agree to the changes, please do not continue using the website.  Under certain circumstances, we may also elect to notify you of changes or updates to our Privacy Policy by additional means, including posting a notice of change on the Site or informing you of any changes by email, if we have your email address.

Privacy Policy for Children Under 18 Years of Age

The Privacy Policy for Children Under 18 Years of Age (“Minor’s Privacy Policy”) is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use (“Terms”) of the web site (“Site”), which is provided by RLR Innovations, LLC (“RLR”), located at 1554 Gilbert Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101.

The Site is directed to adults who are 18 years of age and older and is not directed to minors under the age of 18. RLR complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and does not permit registration by, and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from, anyone under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent to the Terms of this Site. 4.  Verifiable Parental Consent
